The Heat Resistant RFID Metal Tag is purpose-built for harsh industrial environments where elevated temperatures and metal surfaces converge. Whether used in forging plants, sterilization chambers, or thermal processing lines, this tag provides consistent RFID performance even in high-heat conditions.

Constructed with durable high-grade materials such as stainless steel, ceramic composites, or PPS, and embedded with UHF or HF chips, this tag maintains data integrity and signal strength up to 260°C. Designed for on-metal mounting, it includes a specialized insulation layer that prevents interference and ensures stable reads even on conductive surfaces.
