The High Temperature and Vapour Resistant RFID Tag is designed for traceability in conditions where steam, heat, and pressure are common and unavoidable. These RFID tags are engineered using thermal- and moisture-resistant materials such as PPS, PEEK, ceramic, or stainless steel to withstand temperatures up to 260°C and direct exposure to high-pressure steam or vapor without degradation.
These tags are ideal for medical, food, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications where sterilization, vaporized chemicals, or CIP (clean-in-place) processes are routine. Each tag maintains excellent read performance in RF-challenging environments, whether mounted on metal or embedded in tools, trays, or equipment.
