In today’s world where digital interaction grows increasingly vital, how can you seamlessly bridge your online presence with the physical world? The answer may lie within a tiny Website NFC Tag.
Imagine users no longer needing to laboriously type lengthy URLs or painstakingly scan QR codes—simply tap their phone to instantly land on your website, landing page, or online portfolio. This is the magic of the Website NFC Tag—it embeds convenient digital touchpoints into business cards, promotional posters, product packaging, and even restaurant menus, transforming every tap into an instant interaction.
The Website NFC Tag isn’t just a technical tool; it’s a new connectivity strategy that unlocks seamless connections between your online and offline worlds.

1.Requirements

  • To enable quick website access by tapping your phone on an NFC tag, you will need the following materials:
  • One NFC tag (NFC Forum Type 2 or Type 5 tags are recommended)
  • An NFC-enabled smartphone (Note: Apple devices currently do not support NFC. We recommend using a non-Apple NFC-enabled phone with a non-metallic back cover)
  • The NFCTagWriter application

2.Operating Steps

Install the App

  • Download and install the NFCTagWriter application from your mobile app store. This is the first step to enable the quick URL opening feature when tapping your phone against an NFC tag.

Create and Edit Tags

  • Open NFCTagWriter, then create a new tag or select an existing one to edit. Our goal is to enable your phone to automatically navigate to a pre-set page when you tap an NFC tag.

Writing Data and Establishing Connection

  • Tap the “Write Tags” option. Within the NFC Tag Writer application, locate and tap “Write Tags” or a similar option—this is the crucial step for writing data to the NFC tag. Next, tap the “New dataset” option to prepare for writing the new dataset to the NFC tag.

Enter URL and Confirm

  • In the “Create New Connection” interface, you need to enter the preset website name and corresponding URL to establish a data transfer connection with the NFC tag. For example, suppose our preset website name is “SEIKO RFID TECHNOLOGY LTD..” and its URL is www.seikotags.com. In the “Create New Connection” interface, we must input this preset website name and corresponding URL to enable data transfer with the NFC tag.

Secondary Confirmation and Final Steps

  • When establishing a data transfer connection, the system will automatically select a secondary confirmation option. This means that after writing data, the system will prompt you to read the tag again to verify successful data writing. Follow the prompts to complete the secondary confirmation and determine whether the tag was successfully written. Tap “TAP TO CONFIRM STORE,” then bring the NFC tag close to your phone’s sensor area again. Wait for the prompt to appear before moving it away. If verification succeeds, you have successfully created the NFC tag. Try tapping your newly created NFC tag to see if the pre-written website information pops up successfully.

3. Verification and Purchase Information

Verification Successful

  • The NFC tag has been successfully programmed through verification and redirects to the preset URL. After completing all steps, we expect you to successfully retrieve the website information we pre-programmed.

After completing the above steps, you have successfully configured and verified your NFC tag. When your phone lightly touches the tag, you can quickly access the preset website and enjoy a convenient contactless interaction experience.

If you require additional NFC tags for different scenarios or related technical support, please visit our preset website at www.seikotags.com to learn more about our products and services.
